GRANDMAS HOTELS @ LEGIAN

The second building of Grandmashotels’ budget hotel  built in the crowded center of Legian, Kuta. Designed with the first hotel’s design language as its reference, comprising 3 types of rooms from total  111 bedrooms and bar/restaurant space. Although it is a budget hotel, some natural elements remains as major design concern in this building, as seen in the wood work that can be found on the ground floor area and some parts of elevations; layers of plants in each floor level; cross ventilation system and direct sun light into building.
