URBAN KAMPOENG HOUSE

The urban-kampoeng house is a termination of the kampoeng (village) house in the context of urban life in Jakarta. Adopting the village concept of courtyards and house forms, a little bit tint of colonial architecture reflected in terraces/verandah was the main concept for this house situated in Kemang, Jakarta.

A long shaded terrace makes the indoor-outdoor living concept very much applicable, especially added with a swimming pool and a spacious courtyard.
